xT stands for Expected Talent.

Two numbers, one rating
Every xT rating is actually two numbers — like 68/81. Today's form and tomorrow's potential, sitting side by side.
Where you are today
The first number ranks the player against all peers in the same position. 68 means better than 68% of them — every skill combined.
Where you could go
The second number is the player's ceiling — how high they could reach. A big gap between the two means huge untapped potential still to unlock.
